Our 2017 HSF Preservation Brown Bag series continues by looking at how selected award-winning projects came about. What is the process of imagining, designing, and building a residential rehabilitation project?

HSF is pleased to have Kelly Grantier discuss her rehabilitation project of 231 Sycamore Street – winner of an HSF 2016 Residential Preservation Award. Built in 1911, this property was purchased as a two unit dwelling then converted back to a single family home. With great attention to detail, and retaining original historic features, Kelly highlighted the beauty of her project by honoring its integrity. Using quality finishes and personally working with her professionals and family team, she made this home shine.
