The 39th Annual Holiday House Tour!

featuring

"Signature Homes of Staunton"

Featuring grand homes from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries

Historic Staunton Foundation’s Holiday House Tour is renowned as one of Staunton’s most eagerly awaited and well-attended events of the holiday season for almost four decades.  The annual event draws countless visitors and raises awareness of HSF’s mission of historic preservation in Staunton through offering a rare occasion to explore elegant restored historic properties.

HSF’s 39th Holiday House Tour, “Signature Homes of Staunton,” celebrates the remarkable stewardship of owners of five homes that date from the 18th century through the early 20th century including, The Oaks, Stuart House, Waverly Hill, Ridgeview and the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace. Generations of families, those who built these homes and those who later became owners, have participated in the design, rehabilitation and preservation of these outstanding properties. These homes and their surrounding grounds reflect remarkable examples of architectural design movements of   successive periods of Staunton’s residential development. Visitors will be delighted to view these gracious, warm family homes which exemplify imaginative period design and excellent quality of construction by the builders and owners.

The tour will be held on Sunday, December 4th, from 1:00 to 5:00PM.  The members only Preview Party will be on Saturday, December 3rd, from 6:00 to 9:30PM, with homes open to these guests from 6:00 to 8:00PM, and food and beverage available

Homes are open from 6 to 8PM for the preview party on Saturday and from 1 to 5PM for the tour on Sunday.
